If you're only doing one modification to your 125, this is it!!  Best bang-for-the-buck mod you can do -  at least a 20% increase over stock horsepower (more with cam & pipe mods).  High compression is the key to great increases in torque and hp seen with this kit.

Our new piston design is made in America from premium forgings.  CNC lightened for the same weight as the low compression piston.  Use with our Camshaft and Thrust Chamber for even better power.

INCLUDES: Forged piston, pin, rings, circlips, headgasket, basegasket.

REQUIRES: Boring. Rejetting. Must run race gas 108 octane or better.

61mm Forged Piston.  11:1 Compression.

This lower compression piston is the one we use with our stroker crank for the 170cc kit.  Used alone, it will give the engine a small (10%) boost in torque and midrange power.  For real performance gains, we strongly recommend the high compression kit shown above, or the 170cc bore/stroke combination below.  Made in America from premium forgings.

This new grind is specifically designed to give you the BEST power possible for your Powrolled 125! An awesome increase in mid to top end power when used with our ignition system.

Because the power curve of this cam pulls best after the stock rev limiter kicks in, it is not recommended for use with stock ignition. Uses stock valve springs.

POWROLL PVL IGNITION SYSTEM

Best bolt-on power you can buy for your KLX.

The stock rev limiter on the KLX-DRZ 125 doesn’t allow this great engine to reach its full potential. Powroll created this kit to solve the problem!

Works with stock or modified 125’s for more power throughout the RPM range. Less Rotating Mass than the stock system = quicker revving engine.

INCLUDES: ALL new ignition parts: Low-resistance spark plug cap, coil, ignition unit, stator, rotor and rotor puller. Step-by-step installation instructions are included - in English!

RECOMMENDED:  Because of the aggressive low-rpm advance curve, kickstarting is not recommended on cold engines running this ignition.
