STOCK SPECIFICATIONS:    CB-CL-SL-XL 100  =  50.5mm BORE (14mm piston pin) X 49.5mm STROKE    9.5:1 COMPRESSION

CB-CL-SL-XL-TL 125    56.5mm BORE (15mm piston pin) X 49.5mm STROKE    9.5:1 COMPRESSION

118cc BORE KIT - 55mm 13.5:1 Compression, 14mm Pin

Hot from Powroll R&D, a bore-in kit with more compression and displacement for the new 100cc AHRMA class.

With a 14mm pin size, this will work with all pre-75 Honda 100's, and some later models.

Kit will bore into the stock 100 cylinder, no re-sleeve or case machining.  Works with stock crank.

INCLUDES:  Forged piston, 14mm pin, rings, circlips, headgasket, basegasket.

REQUIRES:  Boring, rejetting, race gas 108 octane+.

RECOMMENDED:  New cam chain, Powroll #12769 cam.

118cc BORE KIT - LOW COMPRESSION - 55mm 10.5:1 Compression, 14mm Pin

Same as above, but with low enough compression to run pump fuel.  Horsepower increase with this kit is minimal.  We strongly recommend the high compression kit for race engines!

Kit will bore into the stock 100 cylinder, no re-sleeve or case machining.  Works with stock crank.

INCLUDES:  Forged piston, 14mm pin, rings, circlips, headgasket, basegasket.

To stay legal in the AHRMA 125 classes, you can do the bore kit, or the stroked crank, but not both.

INCLUDES:  Sleeve, forged piston, 15mm pin, rings, circlips, headgasket.

REQUIRES: Re-sleeving cylinder. Case machining if you are using 100 cases (fits 125 cases with no machining). Rejetting. 

ALL 100cc MODELS ALSO REQUIRE:  Powroll stroker crank (for 15mm piston pin size), case machining.

STROKE +9.5mm with Heavy Duty Rod Assembly (15mm Piston Pin)

59.4mm Total Stroke.  149cc's with 56.5mm (standard 125) Bore.  175cc with 61mm Bore

Smooth, torquey power. Best low-end throttle response. Works extremely well for tight tracks. Legal for AHRMA 125cc MX classes if used with a stock-sized 125cc piston (skirting may be required).

INCLUDES:  New rod (15mm piston pin size), crank pin and big-end bearing.  Stroke work done on your stock crank assembly.

REQUIRES: Send in your crank for modification.  Download our Stroker Booklet for details.

●  New rod has a 15mm piston pin size instead of stock 14mm.  Will need to use our piston kit #00019 shown above, or a modified standard CB/CL/SL/TL 125 piston.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Works best with Powroll pistons. Modifications may be required if using other piston or cam brands.   A 125 head can be used, or the 100 head.
