These products are designed to work for the CRF230F.  We have not tested anything in the new CRF230L, which has a different muffler system and some other changes which may keep our 230F products from working properly.

POWROLL RECOMMENDS REJETTING ALL CRF230F's

We don't sell these parts, but you can purchase them from your local Honda dealer, or online through Service Honda.

Want better power for a stock engine?  Purchase and install the jets shown, then remove the airbox snorkel and either install our Thrust Chamber or Thrust Nozzle in your stock muffler.

Even if you decide not to modify the airbox or exhaust, we still recommend richer jetting.

PISTON KIT - HIGH COMPRESSION

66mm Piston 10.5 to 12.3:1 Compression

Make your sleepy CRF sit up and bark! Powroll’s super-lightweight high quality forged piston increases compression and gives the CRF awesome throttle response, better midrange and more rpm. Works best when paired with our camshaft and one of the exhaust options shown below.

INCLUDES: Piston, rings, pin, circlips, headgasket, basegasket.

REQUIRES: Boring, Rejetting. Compression over 11:1 must run race gas mix. 12.3:1 Compression may cause starter issues.

HARDWELD CAM, CORE CHARGE INCLUDED

Hardweld cam on stock core. The R&D department calls this the ‘Cam to end all Cams’.

More testing went into this cam than any other we’ve ever built. Midrange hesitation is an issue with most camshafts for this model, but this Powroll grind works perfectly; very smooth power at super-low rpm, a very nice wheelie-friendly midrange hit and power all the way to redline; this is a cam that does it all!

As an added bonus, this grind uses stock springs and retainers.

Can be used alone, but gives best performance with one of our piston kits.

REQUIRES: Core Exchange or Core Charge. Clearance must be checked when using OEM or other non-Powroll pistons.

MODIFY YOUR STOCK MUFFLER FOR MORE POWER

No need for the spark arrestor? The Thrust Nozzle will give you better power than running without the stock end cap.

Power gains as good as or better than some complete aftermarket systems! Louder and throatier sounding than the Thrust Chamber, but still more stealthy than aftermarket mufflers.

Replaces the stock spark Arrestor unit.
